Florida Realtor Referral Program

As the webmaster for one of SW Florida's most prolific Internet Realtors (currently 60 websites focusing on SW Florida real estate), I've been charged with helping her expand her presence throughout Florida. To that end, I'm looking for Realtors who serve the following areas:

Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Miami, Fort Lauderdale, the Keys, Orlando area, Sarasota, Tampa, St. Petersburg, Clearwater, Charlotte County and Broward County.

Qualifications:

Licensed in Florida 5+ years with at least $5 million in transactions.
Member of National Association of Realtors (NAR).
Independent, works from home office.
Able to work via computer, email, smartphone and fax.
Intelligent and professional.
Willing to hold license at Sun Realty, LLC.
Well versed in new construction, resales, foreclosures and short sales - rentals.
Ability to recruit and manage a team of Realtors.

This is a simple referral program. You stay independent and work your own leads, we just provide sales and rental leads for your area through our managed web sites for a 25% referral fee on sales and 20% on rentals.
